SALON POLICIES

Please carefully read all policies. By booking with us, you are agreeing to all policies below.

Deposit + Payment Method Policy:

  • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable. Before you can confirm your appointment, you will be prompted to pay your deposit on the site. A $150 color service deposit is required before coloring service appointment. Must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • A valid card is required to be placed on file with us. For our esteemed existing clientele, if there's no card on file, a card must be added to our files for all future appointments. There are no exceptions.​

  • We accept all forms of payments as in VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, PAY PAL, AFTER PAY, AND CASH.

Late Policy:

  • There is a 15 minute gracing period. Please contact us as soon as you notice you are running late to your appointment. However, Please be aware that beyond the 15 minute gracing period, an additional late fee of $30 will be added to your total. If you choose to cancel, your deposit is forfeited. Please note: After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling + Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment on the confirmation email. One reschedule is granted per appointment. You will not be able to reschedule your appointment twice. In the event you can’t make your already rescheduled appointment, a new appointment + deposit is required to be served. 

  • Failure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior will result in a charge of $65.00 to the card on file. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your already reschedule appointment, your card on file will be charged $65.00. If our attempt to collect the funds fail, the payment is required before you can book with us again.

No Call, No Show Policy:

  • In the event of a "No call, No show" appointment, where a client fails to attend their appointment without prior notification, the 75% of services booked by the client will be applied. No call, No show = The card on file will be charged in 75% of the service(s) total. PLEASE NOTE: If our attempt to collect the funds fail, the payment is required before you can book with us again.

 

Color Service Policy (New Clients):

  • For our new clients who schedule a color service, a deposit invoice of $150 will be promptly sent to secure your appointment. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling of the appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a failure to comply with this policy, the deposit will be considered non-refundable nor non-transferable.

New Client Consultation Policy:

  • To ensure a thorough and personalized experience for our new clients, we ask that you book a "New Client Consultation" appointment under the consultation section. In the event that you come to your appointment without booking the “New Client Consultation”, our team will automatically add the fee on your behalf at a cost of $30.

 

Dispute Policy:

  • In order to maintain a fair and transparent business environment, we kindly request that clients refrain from initiating charge disputes for services that have been provided. In the event of a dispute, we would like to emphasize that legal actions will be pursued to address and resolve the matter appropriately.

 

  • We understand that concerns or discrepancies regarding charges may arise, and we encourage open communication to address such matters in a fair and ethical manner. However, it is important to note that disputing a charge for a service that has been provided is not in alignment with ethical practices. We kindly request that clients approach us directly with any questions or concerns, and we will make every effort to provide satisfactory resolution and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Things You Should Know:

  • If you think you are sick, message me to reschedule your appointment. Please do not come to your appointment sick.

  • No extra guests. No exceptions.

  • Squeeze-in appointments are available for an additional $100 fee. Contact me for availability.

  • I do not service children. Ages 16+ ONLY

  • There is a Detangle Fee of $30

  • NOTE: There is a difference between combing out and detangling. This service is for extremely tangled, knotted, or matted hair. $30 per 30 min.

  • All coloring services’ pricing varies. PLEASE NOTE: The price you see next to all coloring services are a starting price.
